Since opening in August 2025, Crossroads Kitchen has introduced a dynamic hotel dining experience centered on a live kitchen concept. Chefs prepare dishes right before guests’ eyes, combining flavors from around the world with the energy of Shinjuku. To mark its first anniversary, the restaurant will host an Anniversary Week from August 21 to 28, 2026, featuring a curated selection of fan-favorite dishes reimagined with modern touches.
