To thank customers for their support, Minimal’s Yoyogi-Uehara store presents four anniversary projects from July 1 to 31. The highlight is the “7th Anniversary Limited Plate,” which includes seven types of gateau chocolat and their signature chocolate bars, allowing guests to experience a full spectrum of cacao flavors. Additionally, the revival of a mint chocolate gateau made with fresh mint from Niikura Farm offers a refreshing summer treat without artificial coloring. A new assorted gateau chocolat set combines two popular flavors for gifting or personal enjoyment. Finally, the “Yoru Minimal” evening events will be held four times in July, featuring chocolate and drink pairings in a relaxed atmosphere with special themes like sake tastings.
