Toyosu Fukurasuzume Debuts 3 Dango Menus in Tokyo From October 3 Cafe

Toyosu Fukurasuzume has launched three new dango menus at Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai in Tokyo, with service beginning October 3, 2026. The Japanese-style cafe presents its rice dumplings with four flavor combinations and tea served in a kyusu teapot.

The menus are available at the cafe in Toyosu, Koto City, from October 3 onward. The shop is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with last orders at 5:30 p.m., making it a convenient stop during a visit to the Toyosu market area.

Guests can choose the ¥1,800 Dango Flavor Tasting Set, the ¥900 Hokkaido Copper-Kettle Cooked Red Bean Dango, or the ¥900 Niigata White Miso Kinako Dango. The two single-flavor menus are also available to take away for ¥700 each, without tea.

Algae Salt for a Savory Dango Tasting

The dango menus at Toyosu Fukurasuzume include algae salt made with seawater and seaweed from Awaji Island. Its rounded mineral flavor is intended to highlight the dumpling’s natural taste before guests move on to the sweeter toppings.

Hokkaido Red Bean Dango

The Hokkaido Copper-Kettle Cooked Red Bean Dango costs ¥900 (tax included) in the cafe. The chunky red bean paste is made with Erimo azuki beans and Kizarato sugar, then cooked in a custom copper kettle for a clean finish and distinct bean texture.

This special sauce combines white miso from Niigata Prefecture, made with Koshihikari and Yukinko Mai rice, with high-quality rice malt mirin. Topped with roasted soybean flour (kinako) at serving, it adds a fragrant, nutty aroma to the soft sweetness and deep richness of the rice. Priced at ¥900 (tax included).

Light Matcha Cream

Toyosu Fukurasuzume pairs its dango with a lightly sweet cream made with Tenku Matcha from Shizuoka. Using cream rather than matcha bean paste gives the chewy dumplings a lighter texture while retaining the tea’s aroma and gentle bitterness.
