Nina The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo presents an alcohol-free Strawberry Shortcake with vanilla sponge, strawberries, and smooth cream. The cake costs ¥13,000 (tax included) and serves six to eight people.

Exotic Fruit and Coconut Buche de Noël
This mousse-style buche de Noël combines coconut, mango, lime, and makrut lime. The whole cake costs ¥8,500 (tax included) and serves four to five people.

Earl Grey and Chocolate Buche de Noël
Layers of dark chocolate, Earl Grey, shortbread, brownie, pecans, and praline create a rich seasonal dessert. The whole cake costs ¥9,000 (tax included).

Exotic Fruit and Coconut Mousse
The individual-size version of the tropical buche de Noël combines coconut, mango, lime, and makrut lime. It is priced at ¥2,200 (tax included).

Christmas Japanese Appetizer
Hinokizaka offers a takeout selection of seasonal Japanese appetizers and sushi for ¥40,000 (tax included), serving three to four people.

Japanese Osechi Three-Tier Box
The festive osechi box brings together handmade seasonal delicacies selected by the Hinokizaka culinary team. The three-tier box costs ¥120,000 (tax included) and serves four to six people.
Nina Métayer, named World’s Pastry Chef 2024 by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, created the collection around the French musical Une seconde avant Noël.
