7-Eleven Japan is launching its Ramen Fair nationwide, excluding Okinawa, with new ramen dishes supervised by popular restaurants and Ramen Walker collaborations available from October 28, 2026.
The campaign is designed for diners who want restaurant-style ramen at home or on the go, with microwave-ready dishes that can be enjoyed without a long reservation lead time. Some products will begin rolling out on October 27, while the four new ramen items start from October 28.
The lineup includes Tomita’s stir-fried vegetable tsukemen at ¥698 (¥753.84 tax included), Iida Shoten’s chashu ramen at ¥648 (¥699.84 tax included), Harukiya’s plate-style Chinese noodles at ¥598 (¥645.84 tax included), and a Hakata tonkotsu and Sapporo miso ramen at ¥580 (¥626.40 tax included). Related rice balls, fried rice, salad, and gyoza are also available at selected regional stores.
About the 7-Eleven Ramen Fair
7-Eleven Ramen Fair
The fair introduces restaurant-supervised ramen and related foods designed for easy preparation at home or on the go. The main ramen lineup starts at ¥580 (¥626.40 tax included).
Fragrant Soy-Sauce Fried Rice Rice Ball
This rice ball combines egg, chashu, and green onion with rice fried in lard for a fragrant, loose-grain texture. It is ¥148 (¥159.84 tax included) and is available in selected areas including Kanto, Kansai, and Okinawa.

Rich Tonkotsu Soy-Sauce Rice with Soft-Boiled Seasoned Egg Rice Ball
Tonkotsu soy-sauce seasoned rice is paired with a soft-boiled seasoned egg. The rice ball costs ¥208 (¥224.64 tax included) and is sold across selected regions from Hokkaido through Shikoku.

Meaty Grilled Gyoza
These grilled dumplings focus on the savory flavor of the meat filling. They cost ¥328 (¥354.24 tax included) and are available nationwide except Okinawa, although specifications may differ by area.

The fair brings several regional ramen styles and restaurant-supervised recipes into the convenience-store format. The dishes are intended to be heated and eaten wherever convenient, making it easy to compare different flavors as part of an at-home ramen tasting.
