BOUL’ANGE’s fair caters to all fans, from those new to chocolate mint to passionate enthusiasts, by offering items with mild to strong mint flavors. The event is a great chance for visitors to enjoy unique seasonal baked goods and drinks made with BOUL’ANGE’s signature fermented butter dough and fresh mint.
Established in 2017 as Baycrew’s first original bakery brand, BOUL’ANGE has expanded to 21 stores nationwide as of April 2026. Known for its carefully crafted breads like the “Pain de mie ‘Boul'” for toasting and “Pain de mie ‘Ange'” for fresh eating, the bakery also offers popular items such as croissants. The summer Chocolate Mint Fair brings a special lineup of five items with different mint intensities, allowing customers to choose according to their preference.
