Matsuya will launch Neo Kashmir Curry at selected restaurants across Japan from October 6, 2026, at 10 a.m. The new menu reworks the popular Kashmir Curry from Matsuya Foods Group’s My Curry Shokudo in the Matsuya style.
The curry has a smooth sauce with deep richness and a lingering spice that gradually spreads across the palate. It will be available at most Matsuya restaurants nationwide, although some locations are excluded and availability may vary by store.
The lineup includes Neo Kashmir Curry for ¥680, Neo Kashmir Chunky Chicken Curry for ¥1,050, Neo Kashmir Hamburger Curry for ¥890, Neo Kashmir Curry Gyudon for ¥950, and Neo Kashmir Cheese Curry for ¥880. A lunch version is ¥780 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., while standalone portions start at ¥560.
