The Kyoto Store Network
Ramen-so Jigai Kibo de Kangaero Sun joins the brand’s existing Fushimi and Sora locations in Kyoto. The new store is located in Kawaramachi at 262 Kitakuruma-cho, Nakagyo Ward.
The restaurant follows the brand’s hearty style: a rich pork-bone soy-based broth, homemade thick curly noodles made with 100% strong flour, and thick slices of pork. A call sheet will help first-time customers choose toppings and noodle preferences, while the shop says it is aiming for polite service and a clean dining room.
