Kadoya has launched ISOLETTA KITCHEN by Kadoya, a mobile kitchen project serving freshly prepared dishes finished with its new sesame oil, ISOLETTA. The food tour begins in Tokyo on October 23, 2026, before traveling to Osaka and Aichi.
The project will visit three cities from October through November, offering five menu items from carpaccio and pasta to vanilla ice cream. Each venue will serve food from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while supplies last, making the event a useful stop for travelers exploring each area.
The SPECIAL BOX MENU costs ¥500 (tax included) and includes a choice of three main dishes. Fried Potatoes with ISOLETTA and Vanilla Ice Cream with ISOLETTA are ¥300 each (tax included). The Tokyo, Osaka, and Aichi events will be held at different venues, with the Aichi location to be announced.

ISOLETTA KITCHEN by Kadoya is designed to show how sesame oil can work beyond traditional Japanese and Chinese dishes. The oil is gently roasted at a low temperature to preserve the sesame aroma, creating a light, nutty flavor and a smooth richness suited to salads, pasta, carpaccio, soups, and other Western-style dishes.
