About the SUGIDAMA and Odoru N.E.W. Collaboration
The menu brings the film’s energetic investigation theme to the dining table through sushi and small plates. The Island Sushi Trio uses a sweet-and-spicy sauce made with green chili and sweet soy, while the seared sushi is finished with red salt and wasabi. The carpaccio combines fresh salmon, bonito, yellowtail, and raw octopus with a garlic-scented sauce prepared in the restaurant.
