About the Collaboration
Sushiro, known for its extensive ramen lineup since 2014, has partnered with the restaurant review site Tabelog to bring top-rated ramen from across Japan to its customers. This series features ramen supervised by famous shops recognized for their high Tabelog scores or inclusion in the Tabelog Ramen Top 100.






Ramen Busoya, located near Kandaimae Station in Suita, Osaka, is a pioneer of Iekei-style ramen in the Kansai region. Its signature rich pork soy sauce broth is creamy yet refreshing, paired with medium-thick noodles from Sakai Seimen. Since its opening in 2011, the shop has attracted a loyal following for its authentic and satisfying ramen.
