This special plate features five carefully selected premium sushi toppings including medium-fatty tuna, thick-cut tuna, snow crab, scallops from Hokkaido, and seasonal mackerel.
The plate is available as an à la carte item for ¥890 (tax included) and is also offered in the all-you-can-eat menu with a complimentary chawanmushi (steamed egg custard). This offering fits well with typical Japanese sushi dining prices and portion sizes, providing a special treat for sushi lovers nationwide.
