Park Hyatt Tokyo is expanding the operating hours of its Delicatessen on the first floor to a full-day service starting August 3, 2026, offering a broader range of hotel-made dishes and drinks.
Located in Shinjuku, this upgrade makes the Delicatessen a versatile spot for lunch, tea time, and evening light meals or aperitifs. The venue also launches a summer-limited “Park Brewery” craft beer free-flow event priced at ¥5,000 per person.
About the Delicatessen at Park Hyatt Tokyo
Originally opened in 2003 and refreshed in December 2025, the Delicatessen celebrates its 23rd year by extending service hours to include dinner. It offers a casual café atmosphere where guests can enjoy the hotel’s culinary essence throughout the day. The interior features natural light and playful art by sculptor Mieko Yuki, creating a comfortable and sophisticated environment with terrace seating.
The menu, crafted by Chef Tsuyoshi Kuwazawa, who brings 18 years of experience from the New York Grill & Bar, includes Roman-style pinsa, colorful salads, rich lasagna, curry gratin, freshly brewed coffee, and soft serve desserts. Guests can enjoy these dishes both in the café and as takeout.
