Les Copains de Dominique Bouchet is a gallery restaurant with a warm bistro atmosphere inspired by the streets of Paris. Its cooking focuses on carefully selected ingredients, precise preparation, and sauces that add a distinctly French character.

The ART BRUT project began after chef Dominique Bouchet encountered children on the autism spectrum and was moved by their artwork. Since 2018, the project has connected artists, professional designers, and chefs through a process of shared creation. The works are first developed with professional designers, then interpreted by the kitchen as flavors, colors, forms, and plating.

This year’s course continues that approach through the work of Cross Team, which develops projects based on collaboration between artists with disabilities and professional designers. The initiative aims to support social participation through creative work, and a portion of the ¥18,000 dinner price goes toward artist compensation and art activities.

Reservations for the dinner are handled by phone at 03-6264-6566 or by email at info@lescopains.jp. Les Copains is normally open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., with Monday as its regular closing day.
