The menu includes vegan spicy keema curry bread, pineapple and daikon ginger marinade, cumin-flavored sautéed red shrimp, and smoked salmon cucumber sandwiches. Desserts range from mango mousse to coconut verrine and tea-infused sweets, all paired with NEWBY teas such as the original “Silk & Steam” blend, Uva, Darjeeling, and more. The price is ¥11,000 per person, with an online prepayment discount available at ¥10,000.
