About Hakata Mizutaki hiro
Eight-Hour Mizutaki Soup
Hakata Mizutaki hiro builds its signature hot pot around soup simmered for eight hours, creating the base for courses from ¥4,950 to ¥11,000 (tax included).
Hakata Jidori Chicken
The restaurant uses carefully selected Hakata Jidori chicken in its mizutaki and other course dishes. It is featured across the lineup, including the ¥7,700 Gion Course.
Gion Course
The restaurant’s No. 1 Gion Course is priced at ¥7,700 (tax included). It combines chicken shabu-shabu, mizutaki, appetizers, and a choice of finishing dish.
Seating at Hakata Mizutaki hiro
Hakata Mizutaki hiro offers private rooms, semi-private rooms, tables, and counter seating for different dining occasions.
Table-Side Preparation
Staff at Hakata Mizutaki hiro prepare the mizutaki at the table from start to finish, handling the heat and serving for guests.
Golden Ponzu
The restaurant serves its specially developed Golden Ponzu with the mizutaki. The sauce was created together with Yamaguchi Food Industry.
Rather than leaving guests to manage the heat and serving themselves, the staff prepares the mizutaki at the table from start to finish. This allows diners to focus on conversation and the meal while the chicken and soup are served at their best temperature.
