Acecook Corporation is introducing two new instant yakisoba flavors in collaboration with Mishima Foods: “Mishima Yukari Salt Yakisoba” and “Mishima Hidiki Soy Sauce Yakisoba.” Both products will be available nationwide starting July 6, 2026.
These new yakisoba dishes highlight summer-friendly flavors using popular Mishima seasonings. The salt yakisoba features the refreshing taste of red shiso seasoning “Yukari®,” while the soy sauce yakisoba is enhanced with the rich umami of seasoned hijiki seaweed “Hidiki®,” combined with aromatic sesame oil. The “Mishima Yukari Salt Yakisoba” offers noodles with a firm, springy texture, complemented by a salt-based sauce rich in bonito flavor and fragrant sesame oil. It includes toppings like flavorful red shiso, sesame seeds, and colorful green onions, delivering a refreshing and appetizing taste perfect for warm weather.
The “Mishima Hidiki Soy Sauce Yakisoba” features similarly textured noodles with a soy sauce and kombu-based sauce enriched by chicken, bonito, and garlic spices. The seasoned hijiki seaweed topping adds depth, balanced by sesame seeds and green onions. This savory combination is designed to stimulate the appetite during the hot season.
