Starting June 19, 2026, guests can enjoy a fresh menu crafted under the guidance of Chef Hideo Tsukada, blending traditional French techniques with seasonal Japanese ingredients and inspired by the art of smoking.

Located on the 33rd floor, KUNSEI offers panoramic views of Osaka’s cityscape from 135 meters above ground. This new dining concept aims to provide a sophisticated yet approachable French culinary experience that highlights the flavors and aromas of smoked dishes while embracing the changing seasons.
