This event offers a special chance to experience the rich flavors of premium bluefin tuna raised in the nutrient-rich waters around Iki Island, known for its excellent fishing grounds where warm and cold currents meet. The tuna offers a variety of tastes from the deep umami of the lean red meat to the elegant sweetness of the fatty medium and fatty tuna cuts. Paired with carefully selected sake from Shigeya Brewery, established in 1924, guests can enjoy a harmonious balance highlighting both the fish and the sake.
