Grand Hyatt Tokyo Presents Autumn Sweets & Bread Selection Featuring Chestnuts and Pumpkin

Grand Hyatt Tokyo is offering an autumn sweets and bread selection starting September 16, 2026. The collection highlights seasonal flavors like Japanese chestnuts, pumpkin, figs, and mushrooms in a variety of cakes and breads.

Available at the Fiorentina Pastry Boutique on the hotel’s first floor, the lineup includes seven sweets and three breads, with prices ranging from ¥320 to ¥12,000 (tax included). This selection is perfect for tea time or seasonal gifts during the fall months.

About the Autumn Sweets & Bread Selection

The collection features a new Mont Blanc cake made with luxurious chestnuts from Kumamoto Prefecture, combining a chestnut shortcake with Mont Blanc cream arranged like flower petals. Also included is a renewed assortment box with four different mini Mont Blancs from Japan, Italy, and France for tasting various chestnut flavors.

Other sweets include the Piccolo series with bite-sized treats incorporating apples, pumpkin, figs, and nuts, as well as two premium shortcakes in matcha chestnut and pear caramel flavors. The bakery offers new breads such as a pumpkin egg tart, sweet potato and gorgonzola sourdough bread, and a mushroom gratin Danish, all capturing the essence of autumn.
