San-X is bringing the second phase of its Rilakkuma tourism ambassador fifth-anniversary events to Tokyo’s Jimbocho and Akihabara area from October 19 through December 31, 2026. The program includes a free digital stamp rally, a cafe campaign, new goods, and winter illumination displays.
The neighborhood offers a distinctive mix of curry restaurants, used-book stores, musical-instrument shops, and evening lights. The second phase is designed as a relaxed walking route through five local landmarks, with Rilakkuma-themed attractions adding a character-focused touch to the area.
Stamp rally participation is free. Guests who complete three locations can try a roulette game for a digital wallpaper, while those who complete all five can receive a commemorative sticker while supplies last. A small Rilakkuma pouch also goes on sale at the Chiyoda Tourist Information Center on October 19 for ¥1,650 (tax included).
