About the SUKIYAKI Fluffy Tenshinhan
Osaka Ohsho builds the dish around its signature Fluffy Tenshinhan, then adds a generous mound of beef short rib in a rich sukiyaki-style sauce. Mixing the egg yolk with the beef creates a deeper, smoother flavor, while the accompanying kimchi vinegar adds acidity and mild heat to balance the richness. The Light option also comes with a smaller rice portion.
