Land Bageri, a new bakery and bread bistro produced by LANDIC Holdings in collaboration with pain stock, is set to open on August 7, 2026, at Meiji Park near Hakata Station in Fukuoka. This unique venue will offer freshly baked bread during the day and transition to a bread bistro in the evening, promising a distinctive dining experience.

Located on the first floor of the new Meiji Park commercial building, Land Bageri stands out with its natural, earthy interior design inspired by simple materials like soil, stone, and plants. The bakery’s products are developed by Tetsuo Hirayama, owner-chef of the renowned Fukuoka bakery pain stock, known for his long fermentation techniques and rich flavors.

Land Bageri is part of the revitalization of Meiji Park, designed as “The Gateway Park ‘HAKATA MEIJI'” to serve as a welcoming urban landmark. The space combines nature and architecture, with design led by architect Kei Sasaki, known for his work on “NOT A HOTEL FUKUOKA.” The bakery aims to offer not just food but a sensory experience connecting visitors with the origins of bread-making and the earth’s bounty.
