This limited summer frappe combines the delicate aroma of Shine Muscat with elderflower syrup, offering a refreshing and elegant taste. It will be available from July 23 to September 2, 2026, at select DEAN & DELUCA market and cafe locations.

DEAN & DELUCA’s new summer seasonal drink, the Shine Muscat and Elderflower Frappe, highlights the sweet and juicy qualities of Shine Muscat grapes. This is the first time the brand has used fresh Shine Muscat in its beverages. The frappe blends ripe Shine Muscat and green seedless grapes with elderflower syrup to enhance the fruit’s natural sweetness.
At the bottom of the cup, almond-flavored blancmange adds a dessert-like richness, while a subtle hint of matcha introduces a delicate bitterness reminiscent of grape skin. This combination creates a layered flavor experience that evolves with each sip, balancing sweetness and depth.
