Happo-en is hosting the Ice Cream Park 2026 pop-up event at Takanawa Gateway City in Tokyo from July 30 to August 4, 2026, featuring over 70 carefully selected regional ice cream flavors from across Japan.

The event runs daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (closing at 5:00 p.m. on the last day) at Gateway Studio, offering visitors a chance to enjoy unique local ice creams priced from ¥244 (tax included). On the weekend of August 1 and 2, a special Nasu-Shiobara mini market will also be held, showcasing fresh ingredients from Tochigi Prefecture.

Produced by Happo-en and organized by the Takanawa Gateway Area Management Association, this is the second year for the Ice Cream Park event. It brings together more than 70 flavors of regional ice cream from all over Japan, creating a refreshing summer spot in the heart of the city. Visitors can experience rare local tastes that are usually hard to find in Tokyo.

The event is held at Gateway Studio, directly connected to Takanawa Gateway Station, part of the largest integrated station town in Japan. The weekend mini market features fresh produce and goods from Nasu-Shiobara City, delivered via JR East’s eco-friendly rail cargo service “Hako Byun.” This initiative strengthens cultural exchange and promotes regional specialties to locals and tourists alike.
