About the “Eel and Meat” Fair at Kura Sushi
To celebrate its upcoming 50th anniversary, Kura Sushi is expressing gratitude to customers by offering eel sushi at a special price of ¥110 per piece across all stores. The eel is carefully prepared by grilling, steaming, and repeatedly grilling with a soy-based sweet and savory sauce to achieve a tender and flavorful texture.
