For the first time in Japan, Melon and Roman, a melon specialty cafe in Tokyo’s Kagurazaka, is introducing the luxurious Whole Melon Parfait starting July 15, 2026.
This summer dessert features a generous half melon from Tsugaru City, Aomori Prefecture, combined with frozen melon sorbet and melon cheese cream for a unique and refreshing treat.
About Melon and Roman
Melon and Roman is Japan’s first melon specialty workshop and antenna shop for Tsugaru City, Aomori Prefecture, located in Tokyo’s Kagurazaka district. Opened in 2019, the cafe aims to deepen appreciation for melons by offering original menus using seasonal melons from across Japan. The shop’s distinctive melon-colored tiles create an immersive space where visitors can enjoy the fruit through all five senses.
