About the New Dinner Menu
The Surf & Turf Share Plate combines premium Japanese beef rib steak, filet, bone-in Agu pork loin, spiny lobster, and colorful grilled vegetables on one large plate. This hearty dish lets diners enjoy a variety of high-quality meats and seafood together, perfect for sharing among family or friends.
To finish the meal, the Volcano Gateau Chocolat stands about 25 cm tall and is crafted to resemble a volcano. This rich chocolate cake is served in a three-dimensional presentation that impresses guests upon arrival and is sized for 3 to 4 people to share, making it a memorable dessert for celebrations.
