FamilyMart will introduce five products supervised by Misen Honten, the Nagoya restaurant known for its original Taiwan ramen, across Central Japan from November 3, 2026. The lineup includes the first FamilyMart release of Taiwan Harusame Soup.
The products will roll out at about 3,250 FamilyMart stores in Aichi, Gifu, Mie, Shizuoka, Yamanashi, and Nagano, with some regional and store exclusions. The soup will also be available at selected stores in Tokyo and Kanagawa, while Taiwan Minchi Cutlet launches on November 10.
The main lineup includes Taiwan Ramen for ¥630 (tax included), Hand-Rolled Taiwan Minchi Rice Ball for ¥235, Taiwan Harusame Soup for ¥450, Spicy Sweet-and-Sour Fried Chicken for ¥348, and Taiwan Minchi Cutlet for ¥178.
About the Misen Honten collaboration
This is the fourth FamilyMart product release supervised by Misen Honten. The recipes focus on the restaurant’s characteristic combination of chili pepper, garlic, savory meat, and a balanced spicy broth rather than heat alone.
