About STEREO

STEREO’s new menu combines ingredients from across Japan with French techniques and local food traditions. Food director Satoru Uchida, chef of FUSOU in Shibuya, has created two different dining rhythms: shareable dishes ordered one at a time in the lounge, and carefully paced courses in the restaurant. The 38th-floor setting overlooks Shibuya, including the Scramble Crossing, while cocktails, non-alcoholic cocktails, and live music complement the food.

Highlights
- The lounge requires no reservation and offers small plates from the afternoon into the evening.
- Belgian Frites are served with smoked ketchup and one choice of dip for ¥1,210 (tax included); extra dips cost ¥330 each (tax included).
- Seasonal small plates include carrot rapee with sansho, marinated grilled eggplant, ratatouille with red shiso, and bonito carpaccio with lime.
- The restaurant offers a six-course Standard Course for ¥9,000 (tax included, service charge extra) and a seven-course Recommended Course for ¥12,000 (tax included, service charge extra).
