The new dinner experience centers on a botanical garden cafe and bistro in the Tennoji and Tennoji Park area. Bread is served with dips such as jam and olive oil, making it an easy addition to a relaxed meal, drinks, date, or group gathering.
The refreshed menu includes seven customizable dishes: Ultimate Peperoncino at ¥1,480 before tax or ¥1,628 including tax, Omurice and Handmade Hamburger at ¥1,480 or ¥1,628 including tax, Pork Cutlet at ¥1,780 or ¥1,958 including tax, Beef Stew at ¥2,280 or ¥2,508 including tax, and Iron-Plate Steak and Roast Beef Rice Bowl at ¥2,480 or ¥2,728 including tax.
About the bloom&brew dinner menu
The dinner menu is designed around personal customization rather than fixed plates. Each dish uses sauces and toppings that can be combined in more than 100 ways across the seven main options. The 200-gram Ultimate Peperoncino uses fresh pasta from Awaji Men Industry, a pasta maker founded in 1909, with a texture suited to emulsifying garlic and olive oil.
