Visitors to Japan during the summer can indulge in these refreshing mango desserts across Royal Host’s 211 locations nationwide. The menu offers a delightful variety of parfaits, including the luxurious Mango Brulee Parfait and the refreshing Mango & Tofu Pudding Anmitsu, perfect for beating the summer heat with their smooth textures and vibrant flavors.
About the Apple Mango Dessert Collection

This year’s collection was inspired by the product developer’s trip to Taiwan, incorporating Asian flavors such as tofu pudding and Oriental Beauty tea jelly. The Mango Brulee Parfait features caramelized custard, almond slices, vanilla ice cream, pineapple sorbet, mango ice cream, and tea jelly, offering a rich and evolving taste experience. The Mango & Tofu Pudding Anmitsu combines mango with silky tofu pudding, agar jelly, and mochi, accented by the fragrant tea jelly. The classic Mango Parfait showcases layers of fresh mango, mango ice cream, custard, and caramel biscuits.
