Cocos is promoting a ¥1,859 deal on its Shine Muscat Parfait across Japan, with the dessert using 14 fresh Shine Muscat grapes. The seasonal Shine Muscat Fair starts on September 15, 2026.

The fair is planned at 504 Cocos restaurants nationwide as of September 8, excluding airport locations. Sales are scheduled to end in mid-October, although the release does not specify an exact final date.

The in-store lineup also includes a Shine Muscat Glass Parfait for ¥979 (tax included), Mini Pure Ice Fluffy Shaved Ice for ¥759, a Shine Muscat Chewy Crepe for ¥649, and a Mini Shine Muscat Parfait for ¥539. A limited-time Muscat and Elderflower Tea is also available, but its price is not listed.

About the Shine Muscat Fair

The main parfait layers Shine Muscat gelato, vanilla ice cream, custard cream, Chardonnay syrup, sponge cake, and biscuit pieces. Chardonnay jelly adds a light finish, while candied almonds provide a crisp contrast. Cocos recommends pairing it with the fruity Muscat and Elderflower Tea, made with fair-trade tea leaves from Kenya.
