About Gyoza no Ohsho’s Summer Menu
The Summer Ramen features a rich, flavorful soup base derived from the classic “Unforgettable Chinese Soba” with added refreshing notes of Japanese pepper (sansho), ginger, and a spicy kick from chili peppers. Customers can customize their ramen by adding toppings like raw egg or natural cheese for a milder, richer taste experience. This ramen is also available for takeout in microwave-safe containers, allowing fans to enjoy it hot at home.
Alongside the ramen, Gyoza no Ohsho offers three special “Summer Strongest Sets” combining Summer Ramen with the seasonal Summer Gyoza, which is uniquely flavored with fresh domestic shiso leaves for a cool, aromatic taste. The gyoza can be enjoyed with a tangy yuzu pepper vinegar sauce that enhances the refreshing flavor profile. These sets are available exclusively for dine-in customers.
