About the “Season” Dining Experience
The “Season” menu celebrates the natural abundance of Oku-Nikko through a carefully crafted seven-course meal. Each dish reflects the changing seasons and honors the region’s farmers and producers. The menu combines local specialties like char trout, sustainable fish, Tochigi Kirifuri Kogen beef, and summer vegetables such as bell peppers, zucchini, and eggplant. Premium ingredients like lobster and Iberico ham add richness and depth to the courses.



In addition to the course, guests can enjoy an a la carte selection featuring dishes like the “Mochi Kinuka and Local Vegetable Risotto,” made with fresh vegetables from the Nikko Aozora Farm and enriched by the unique cycle of local farm produce and poultry. To complement the meal, wine pairings from Utsunomiya’s Hinoe Winery enhance the flavors and connect the dining experience to the region’s terroir.
