Wittamer is marking the 40th anniversary of its signature Chocolat Samba with a ¥2,052 Cake Chocolat Samba in Japan from November 1, 2026. The Belgian chocolate brand will also release a limited chocolate assortment inspired by the same classic.

Chocolat Samba was created by third-generation chocolatier Paul Wittamer and received a chocolate trophy in 1986. Its name comes from the swaying motion used to draw the distinctive pattern on the top. The anniversary products reinterpret the dessert through a cake and boxed chocolates.
