About 400°C PIZZA Piu Hakata
Located on the second floor of the newly opened Meiji Park near Hakata Station, 400°C PIZZA Piu Hakata welcomes guests in a bright, park-inspired space. The interior design includes playful chairs inspired by playground equipment and bench seating that is comfortable for families with young children. The green-themed decor reflects the open-air feel of the urban park, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The venue also plans to offer natural wines in the future, enhancing the dining experience alongside their signature pizzas.
400°C PIZZA originally started in Okayama in 2018 and has earned top honors, including Bib Gourmand recognition in the Michelin Guide Kyoto, Osaka & Okayama 2021 and ranking number one nationwide on Tabelog’s pizza category. Their pizzas are known for airy, moist dough and simple yet flavorful toppings that engage all five senses.
The “Piu” concept means “more” in Italian, representing a new casual style that allows walk-in customers and takeout orders. Following the success of their Shimokitazawa location, the Hakata store is the second under this concept.
