About Toyosu Parlor’s New Summer Dessert

Toyosu Parlor, an original brand of the EC site Toyosu Market Dot Com operated by Shokubunka Co., Ltd., has launched a chilled dessert featuring carefully selected Yamagata-grown Sato Nishiki cherries. These cherries are flash-frozen at their freshest to preserve their rich flavor and juiciness, then gently stewed into a compote. The dessert is served in a clear glass, showcasing layers of compote, jelly, and rare cheesecake that blend harmoniously for a refreshing taste experience.

Highlights
- Uses premium Sato Nishiki cherries from Yamagata, known as the “king of cherries,” with perfectly balanced sweetness and acidity.
- The cherries are flash-frozen at peak freshness and carefully pitted before being made into a special compote.
- The jelly layer is infused with raspberry juice to add a light tartness and vibrant color.
- The rare cheesecake uses rich cream cheese from Hokkaido for a smooth texture and mild richness that complements the cherries.
- Created by pastry chef Masami Sekiya (maaco), who specializes in uncovering hidden food charms.
- Available exclusively online through Toyosu Market Dot Com.
