The lineup includes the Macaron and Strawberry Christmas Tree at ¥32,400 (tax included), Strawberry Shortcake from ¥4,800 (tax included), FAUCHON Earl Grey Fruit Tart from ¥3,800 (tax included), and the delivery-only Mousse Fromage at ¥6,500 (tax included). About the FAUCHON Hotel Kyoto Christmas Collection
The collection combines French-style pastry with ingredients and flavors suited to Kyoto. The Macaron and Strawberry Christmas Tree features rich sponge cake and strawberry shortcake surrounded by vanilla-raspberry macarons and strawberries, with heart-shaped macarons hidden inside for guests to discover.

The standard stollen is made with sultana raisins, orange, currants, and lemon soaked in French Gewurztraminer marc, then combined with pistachios, almonds, and marzipan. Pink Cranberry pairs cranberries with pineapple and Pernod liqueur, while the Premium Stollen adds Kyoto matcha, Japanese chestnuts, Tamba black beans, and azuki beans.
Christmas hampers are sold from November 14 through December 25 during the boutique’s 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. opening hours. Noel Light contains hotel-original tea and house-made baked sweets, while Grand Noel also includes stollen, making the sets suitable for gifting or enjoying at home.
Store reservations require payment at the boutique, while online reservations require advance payment. Orders are made to order, and limited products may sell out before the stated reservation deadline.
