The afternoon tea is inspired by Santa Maria Novella’s “Giardini Medicei” (Medici Gardens) Eau de Parfum collection. The culinary team crafted four savory and four sweet items that reflect the fragrances’ notes such as jasmine, pink pepper, and citrus. Each item is designed to evoke the colors and scents of the Medici family gardens, offering guests a sensory journey through aroma, flavor, and visual beauty.
Guests can also enjoy the “Fragrance Bar” within the lounge, where they can sample the actual perfumes that inspired the menu. Those who order the afternoon tea will receive a 2ml fragrance sample and a voucher for an engraving service on fragrance bottles purchased at Santa Maria Novella stores across Japan.
