During the Valentine’s season (February 1–14), 10 new sweets and breads will be available. Among them, the standout item is the “Dress Shirt Chocolate,” designed with meticulous detail down to the buttons and collar. Customers can choose between striped or solid designs. Another highlight is the customizable “Wine Bottle Chocolate,” which allows for engraved messages. Made with Grand Hyatt’s original chocolate “Grande H,” it is filled with a rich almond-based amandine.
Romantic Sweets for White Day
For the White Day season (March 1–14), eight types of sweets and breads will be offered. The “Wine Bottle Chocolate,” crafted from white chocolate, is filled with strawberry-flavored amandine. The pink-and-white marble macarons are adorned with heart-shaped white chocolate, adding a romantic touch to the collection.
