Pacific BAKERY has refreshed its bakery in Shichirigahama, Kamakura, adding new breads and baked goods inspired by Hawaiian and Shonan food culture. The renovated shop also offers an expanded dine-in area and Pacific apparel.
The new menu brings local Kamakura ingredients into the bakery’s Hawaiian-style lineup, making the shop a convenient stop for breakfast, lunch, or a break after a walk along the coast. The bakery is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
New items include Dashi Shirasu Focaccia and Charred Soy Sauce Wakame Ciabatta. Longtime favorites such as Coconut Milk Bread and Malasadas remain available, while Dot Ice has been added to the dine-in menu.
