LOUANGE TOKYO has unveiled its 2026 Noël d’Or Christmas cake collection in Tokyo and Nagoya. The seasonal lineup features white-and-gold cakes decorated with bears, ribbons, gold ornaments and fresh strawberries, with reservations opening at selected stores and online from October 1, 2026.
Reservations are available through LOUANGE TOKYO Maison in Roppongi, LOUANGE TOKYO Le Musée in Ginza, LOUANGE TOKYO Le Château in Sakae, Nagoya, and the LT BY LOUANGE TOKYO online shop. Orders close once each product reaches its sales limit, and pickup periods differ by store.
The collection ranges from the ¥9,400 (tax included) Noomy Rouge Noel and ¥9,500 (tax included) Glouton Nounours Fraise Noel to the ¥51,400 (tax included) Gift Noel. Other featured cakes include Souvenirs de Noel, Ultime Chocolat Noel, Cadeau Noel Rose, and Grand Nounours Blanc Noel.
About the Noël d’Or Christmas Collection
Souvenirs de Noel 2026
This Roppongi-only milk chocolate mousse cake layers apricot compote and coffee mousse. It is priced at ¥12,000 (tax included).
Ultime Chocolat Noel 2026
Made with blended cacao, orange peel and red fruit, this rich chocolate cake is available at the Roppongi store for ¥17,280 (tax included).
Gift Noel 2026
This two-tier gift-shaped shortcake uses fermented butter, eggs, fresh cream and Japanese branded strawberries. The price is ¥51,400 (tax included).
Cadeau Noel Rose 2026
A champagne mousse cake with tropical fruit brulee, raspberry jelly and pistachio cream, priced at ¥12,960 (tax included) at the Ginza store.
Noomy & Amy Chocolat Noel 2026
Chocolate mousse is layered with marmalade orange, hazelnut mousse, caramel mousse and crisp feuilletine. It costs ¥13,500 (tax included).
Arbre de Noel 2026
This white-and-gold tree cake is finished with delicate white cream and festive ornaments. It is priced at ¥21,600 (tax included) at the Ginza store.
Glouton Nounours Fraise Noel 2026
The Nagoya-only strawberry shortcake combines sponge, Japanese fresh cream and branded Japanese strawberries. It costs ¥9,500 (tax included).
Nounours Noir Noel 2026
This chocolate mousse cake includes marmalade orange, hazelnut mousse, caramel mousse and crisp feuilletine. The price is ¥11,880 (tax included).
Cadeau Noel Blanc 2026
A white ribbon-shaped cake with champagne mousse, tropical fruit brulee, raspberry jelly and pistachio cream is available in Nagoya for ¥12,960 (tax included).
Noomy Rouge Noel
This online-only mousse cake combines Amaou strawberry mousse with lychee, cumin and a strawberry and rose champagne confiture. It costs ¥9,400 (tax included).
LOUANGE TOKYO
The brand focuses on carefully selected ingredients, artistic presentation and sweets designed to add meaning to special occasions.
The collection is built around the contrast between snow-like white and celebratory gold. LOUANGE TOKYO combines mousse, cream, fruit compotes, chocolate, baked cheesecake and decorative elements to create cakes intended to work as both desserts and festive table centerpieces. The collection is overseen by Grand Chef Koji Fujita, who has competed internationally and was part of a winning World Pastry Team Championship team.
