Pancho’s top-ranked Mala Napolitan is returning this autumn as Negidaku Mala Napolitan, a seasonal menu topped with a generous amount of green onion. The upgraded pasta will be available at Pancho and Kitchen Pancho locations from October 16, 2026.
The release follows Pancho’s September spicy pasta popularity vote, in which Mala Napolitan was chosen as the No. 1 favorite. The menu will be sold through the end of November, although individual stores may end sales earlier if supplies run out.
Negidaku Mala Napolitan costs ¥1,190 (tax included) for the small size and ¥1,390 (tax included) for the large size. These are the only sizes offered, and the menu is available at participating Pancho and Kitchen Pancho stores, including locations in Tokyo.
About Pancho’s Negidaku Mala Napolitan
Dedicated Mala sauce
Pancho’s Mala Napolitan uses a dedicated sauce built around Sichuan pepper and chili. The Negidaku version costs ¥1,190 (tax included) for small and ¥1,390 (tax included) for large.
Takeout portions
Negidaku Mala Napolitan is also offered for takeout, keeping Pancho’s hearty pasta format available to enjoy outside the restaurant. Prices are ¥1,190 (tax included) for small and ¥1,390 (tax included) for large.
Fried egg topping
A fried egg is one of Pancho’s popular paid toppings. Its richness helps mellow the heat of Negidaku Mala Napolitan, priced from ¥1,190 (tax included).
Napolitan for children
Pancho uses part of the sales from seasonal menus to support children’s cafeterias, where staff serve freshly made Napolitan pasta. The featured menu is priced at ¥1,190 (tax included) for small and ¥1,390 (tax included) for large.
Made in the kitchen
Pancho prepares its spaghetti one plate at a time, from preparation through cooking. Negidaku Mala Napolitan is available for ¥1,190 (tax included) small or ¥1,390 (tax included) large.
Pancho’s Napolitan concept
Pancho focuses on nostalgic Napolitan made with familiar ingredients and traditional-style preparation. The seasonal Mala menu adds a spicy twist at ¥1,190 (tax included) for small and ¥1,390 (tax included) for large.
Customizable pasta
Pancho offers different pasta portions and paid toppings so diners can customize their meal. The new Negidaku Mala Napolitan costs ¥1,190 (tax included) for small and ¥1,390 (tax included) for large.
The dish keeps Pancho’s signature combination of numbing Sichuan pepper and chili while adding a crisp, abundant green onion topping. Diners can also customize the pasta with paid toppings such as grilled cheese or a fried egg: grilled cheese adds a richer, smoky layer, while the egg softens the heat and brings out the savory flavor.
