From September 1 to November 30, 2026 (excluding October 17), the “Discover Toyama” course is served at Teppanyaki Ikka Ichiyo on the 19th floor of the hotel. The menu showcases Toyama’s rich food culture, including local specialties like white shrimp, red snow crab, and Toyama Wagyu raised on sake lees. Each dish is carefully prepared to bring out the unique flavors of the region.
