The desserts showcase Shine Muscat grapes carefully cultivated at Aman Tokyo’s contracted farm in Hokuto City, Yamanashi. The grapes are harvested at peak sweetness and aroma, delivering a refreshing balance of rich sweetness and crisp acidity. The Shine Muscat Afternoon Tea features a three-tiered stand with sweets like Shine Muscat and Hokkaido yogurt tart, Charlotte with coconut, and savory items such as crab remoulade. The Parfait combines fresh Shine Muscat with diplomat cream, mint tea and lemon jelly, and crunchy coconut meringue. The autumn dessert assortment at The Cafe by Aman offers a three-item set including fig compote with Madagascar vanilla gelato, a choice of Mont Blanc made from premium Japanese chestnuts or pumpkin, and a Shine Muscat and lychee baschlan.
