Tsujita Miso no Sho started in 2009 in Ogawamachi, Tokyo, as a specialty miso ramen shop under the popular Tsujita brand known for tsukemen. The new Mita location continues to serve their signature miso ramen and bari miso ramen, made with carefully blended miso sauces and rich animal and seafood broths. The noodles are specially delivered from Hokkaido, offering a firm texture and deep flavor. Alongside these, the shop introduces a limited-time miso tsukemen, combining thick flat noodles with a fragrant miso and seafood dipping broth.
