For the first time in Japan, Sarabeth’s at BASEGATE Yokohama Kannai is collaborating with Kooriya Peace, a popular shaved ice specialist from Kichijoji, to offer exclusive summer set menus.
Available in two phases from August 8 to 31, 2026, these reservation-only sets combine Sarabeth’s New York-style dishes with Kooriya Peace’s signature shaved ice, perfect for a refreshing stop in Yokohama.
About the Collaboration
Sarabeth’s, a renowned New York restaurant known for its rich and healthy American breakfast classics, has teamed up with Kooriya Peace, famous for its artisanal shaved ice made with slowly frozen pure ice and seasonal fruit syrups. This collaboration, called “Sarabeth’s Plus,” offers two special menu sets available in two separate periods during August 2026.
Guests can choose one dish from Sarabeth’s special menu—either the East Coast-inspired Crab Cake Benedict or the colorful West Coast Buddha Bowl—and pair it with one of Kooriya Peace’s premium shaved ice desserts, including Graceful Peach Melba, Premium Caramel, or Premium Yubari Melon with Mascarpone & Green Tea.
