Responding to strong customer demand, Matsuya is bringing back the beloved pork loin series as regular menu items. The pork loin features finely textured, tender meat with a deliciously sweet fat that enhances every bite. The initial offerings include the refreshing Pork Loin Negi-Shio Bowl, which is seasoned with green onion and salt, and the savory Pork Loin Yakiniku Set, grilled to perfection. Starting July 7, 2026, the lineup will expand to include the signature Ginger Pork Set, known for its rich special sauce, completing the robust summer menu.
