From July 1 to August 31, 2026, six The Ritz-Carlton hotels across Japan will present “FLAVORS IN TRANSIT 2026,” a special culinary campaign celebrating the rich food culture and local producers from various regions of Japan.

About FLAVORS IN TRANSIT 2026

“FLAVORS IN TRANSIT 2026” is the second edition of The Ritz-Carlton Japan’s culinary journey campaign, following its successful debut in 2025. The campaign connects six hotels—Tokyo, Nikko, Kyoto, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Okinawa—with local farmers, fishermen, and artisans to create exclusive menus that reflect the unique food culture and heritage of each area. Guests can expect refined course meals, afternoon teas, and other special offerings that evoke the spirit of travel and the essence of each locale.
